I've been trying to fix my Windows Media Player and nothing works when I want to see online videos. I press play, and it says 'connecting...opening media' but nothing shows and I press it again, it'll say the same thing. This has been going on for almost 3 weeks now. I went to the Microsoft website to re-install, but my computer is already installed with the latest WMP 11, a later version than the one they have on their site for installation.
As I was researching the problem, it seems that the Player doesn't recognize my internet connection or something like that. I tried ways of having it recognize my internet connection by the instructions given, but not a dag gone thing has happened.
Could anybody please help me resolve this stubborn issue?
