I drive a 1998 Mercedes Benz CLK 320. My passenger side window won't roll up or down. I can hear my motor humming. I took my door panel off to take a closer look and there are two plates, one moved up and down when I hit the window button but the other doesn't. As if the two plates aren't connected or touching. Any ideas of what is wrong or what I could do to fix it?
