there are about 25 of us ( 16 non-preorder 4 pre-order (the ebgames only sold 10
pre-orders) and 5 "moral supporters" ) lucky me.. i am a non-preorder. at closing of the
eb games in White Rock , BC, Canada (yes us and our artic tempatures and.. right now
monsune like rains ) we sat outside at freezing tempatures (there where acculy some
patches of ice in the puddels)
thought the night it rained 192mm of rain (uh.. not a clue how many inches that is
the
tv thinks there cool and says everything in metric.. and i have no clue how much that
realy is.. other than.. A LOT ) anways.. we sat out there.. winds where gusting up
majorly ( its been a realy bad week.. last weekend there was more power out than power on

anways.. we sat outside for the night.. next day.. store opens at 10:00 (the store is in
a Rogers Video.. and yea.. the rogers employees where all there at 8.. the store managers
where there at 7:30 and recounted all the Wiis.. and gave everyone a number for there
system but tehy didnt let us in.. rember this factor)
10:00 store opens.. EB manager comes out.. and tell us that we can line up inside.. bah
bah bah behave bah bah bah (at this point it was pouring so bad.. my jacket, hoodie, rain
pants, blanket, pants, tshirt, fleecy, and well.. eveything else was SOAKED though.. ( i
was rining out my fleecy and hoodie right before we went in )
10:10.. first Wii is sold (i was 15th inline)
10:56.. im next.. very excited..
10:58.. i am up.. jokingly say i want a PS3.. good laf.. as he puts me though at 10:59
the power goes out.. ( i cried ) power is out for the mall and the phoencalls i got after
said a good part of whiterock
10:15.. we are all kicked out of the rogers video (the emplyees are lazy and think we are
dumb for camping out in the pouring rain and slush..
10:18.. take my spot back up.. front of the line.. (my car had enuff gas to make it home
and then im pushing it to the gas station.. at 1.05$ cnd ( probably close to 5$ a gal )
and beeing a student i cant aford any gas.
the rain does stop.. the wind is getting worse to.. there is a building going up behind
the mall it has a highrise crane in use there.. it was spinning round in circles with the
wind
12:30something (too cold to be able to read the clock right ) the power comes back
on.. me.. dripping and probably hyptothermic at this point (freezing water + no dry
clothing + 14hours of shear torcher = bad ) they reopen the store.. of corse the
rogers video staff is beeing slow.. takes them 5min to unlock the door

To the EB Games employee ( Molly ) im very sorry that you didnt get your console. i hope
you figure out who it was who screwd up and you make em pay
and for the snotty kid who came at 9:59 and tried to push your way infront of everyone..
im glad you didnt get one.. yea your mommy and daddy are bazillionairs and you get
everything free but beeing rude, cutting in line infront of people that had been there
