immigration due to financial crisis...? I am confident that by the first days of July i will be financially stable. Hypothetically speaking, if i were not able to "fix her papers" before the visa exp date, could We file for her Green Card with in that same month of July, before the 16th and have her exempt from leaving the country? Exempt from leaving the country reasonably assuming her status would be "processing" or "pending" for Green Card? This is a very sensitive issue for Us, I do plan to seek professional help soon, but for now i trust someone has some useful info.
