my wife wants me to have sex with her and we are seperated. what should i do?

we've been working on our relationship and it is very rocky. she isn't willing to go to counseling. we do feel love for each other though. i don't want to withhold sex from her. but i don't want to cloud my judgement about whether to divorce her or not. she says she needs to feel an emotional connection with me. should i do it or not?
