and she is giving birth? she will be giving birth two weeks after the date on the subpoena. she is already at risk for preterm labor, and I am in the military and we do not live in the same city as the subpoena location. The doctos has already said when she gets to 32 weeks she should not be going on any trips. The profesionals that have told her this are navy doctors Lt Commanders and above. Is there an exception by law the allows her to stay here and not travel. this is a major problem and she cannot go at all. this is a risk to her health.
