I have no way to know when she told the court she served me. I call the court and get get any live operator and she did it far away so it is hard to get down there.
Can anyone tell me what I should do or go tell the judge. The paperwork says April 2 but I didn't get it until the 17th. After reading trough this I noticed I had 30 days from date of service.
