...just took the 61st payment!? The original company went bankrupt, and changed to another, and then another. We never received notification of this, just saw that our payments were going to a new company, RLS Dynamic Financial. We don't have a phone number for them, although Ive googled them, Canada 411, etc. We have to pay a buyout after the 60 month payments, so are reluctant to put a stop payment, but like I said, they just took an extra payment, the 61st payment. What should we do? What can we do? Ive also talked to the bank to see if they can figure out where the money is going, but no luck thus far.
