Both are very nice names....

Try compromising...Use one name from each set...

Like:

Hailey Megan
Hailey Carissa
Megan Hailey
Carissa Hailey
Carissa Michelle
Michelle Megan
Megan Michelle

Just a thought....

Personally I like Carissa Michelle the best..
 
I like Hailey Michelle better, but if you are arguing you could try Hailey Carissa.
