Okay, So in September I got a motorolla rival.
A few months later I broke the screen. My fault.
I paid the fee and got a new one.
Then the new one started to split in half, and eventually the ribbon that made it work broke.
I got another new phone. This was last Monday.
Yesterday, It started to split in half again.
Today, Tuesday I recieved a text message, slid my phone up to reply and the ribbon slightly ripped and it stopped working.
This phone has never been dropped.
Okay, so my question is, will I have to pay a $39 fee with Asurian to get a new phone since I have only had the phone for a week, and I did not drop it.
Last time I took it to the Verizon store they told me that they could not replace my phone under warranty because the ribbon was severed. But I have only had the phone a week, so obviously it's not my fault.
Do you think this phone can be replaced with no charge?
And bytheway, Rivals are CRAP.
