My wallpapers on my cell phone are too small.?

I have a Samsung Messager Touch and I went to myxer to send a wallpaper to my phone and I've tried all different sizes and they are all too small...even ones that are like 700 >_<
I read how its the resolution or something
but I don't know what to do with that...=/
