have insurance.? I just tried to plug my charger into the charging port and it doesn't work! I know it's not the charging cable because I recently got a new one. I've had this phone for about a year and 4 months. Will I have to pay full price for a new phone even though I have insurance? I know Verizon can be tricky when it comes to their insurance policies sometimes... Pleeease help! Thanks!
