my voice is changing weird?

im 15 years old and a couple weeks ago my voice sounded sort of deep and now it sounds higher than it was before. my voice is still cracking a little bit but not as often as when i first started. whats going on. is this normal for someone still going through puberty?
 
This is totally normally. Most boys have a period of croakiness and up-and-downy pitches. Soon your voice will break and will be a lot deeper!
