months contract? i signed up for 24 month contract with vodafone for internet connection via a mobile dongle.i've been with them for 12 months now and since i started contract the signal i receive has got very bad. can i cancel the remaining 12 months left on contract without a penalty as they are supposed to provide a usable signal and as they are not,have they broke there part of contract.
