my vodafone mob' says Limited Service, HELP !?

thats what its says on my phone.. its locked to vodafone sims but even when i put other vodaafone sims in it still says that ,
& i cant call or text .. or even call customer care
i tried puttin in a brand new sim & its still the same
what should i do ?
vodafone net service isnt accepting my sim registration either..
:( please help asap
