My Vizio TV's picture is kinda blurry?

I bought a Vizio 42" 60hz 1080p 100,000:1 dynamic contrast recently. The manual said if the TV quality is blurry is because of the cable. I only have standard cable, not HD. So is it because of the cable that my TV is a little blurry?
