I just registered my virgin mobile phone today and got my number. It worked completely. I didn't think it was easy to remember, so I went to their website and changed it. The site said I had completely changed it. (I programmed it into the phone also.) When I go into my phone it says my number is the new number. When I call the new number from another phone, it rings. When I call the old number, it says it is incorrect and to hang up or try again. When I call from my new phone to another phone, the number registers as the old number. Please help?!?!?
My virgin mobile phone number hasn't changed correctly.. I have two numbers?
