my verizon wireless bill is $256.34 if i pay half of that will verizon let me use

my phone or keep on hold ? i have verizon and i haven't payed my bill for two months and i was wondering if i were to pay half of that 256.34 i owe if they would let me use my cell phone again or would they just keep my cell on hold
 
why would they take a chance on letting you use the phone until your account is paid in full?? That would be just stupid on their part.better find out.
