A Allie. New member Mar 11, 2010 #1 I got the LG EnV Touch about 4 months ago. Today, As I was running in the parking lot, my phone fell out and now there is litterly a chip out of it, and nevermind all the scratches I got on the top. Would Verizon replace this?
