I'm on vacation and my phone just shattered, beyond repair. I (stupidly) don't have insurance. I need to go and replace it but I don't want to be charged for an early termination fee. Does anyone know their policy on replacing a phone? If I have to get a cheap basic phone for the duration of my trip, that's okay with me, but I don't want to be charged fees and everything because I'm "violating" the contract. Please help! I'm so upset
