i just got the new iphone for verizon but for some reason when i try and play movies out loud, my built-in speakers wont work? i already tried flipping the mute switch on the side and am positive that is not it. i also turned the volume up full, and checked the audio settings.. and still nothing!! is this normal and i just forgot to turn something on, or should i take my iphone in? thanks!
