My van dies out when I stop? 2000 dodge grand caravan.?

At first my vans gas would freeze so I put the Heet in it with gas. Now it doesnt give me problems starting. So I let my van warm up for 20-30 mins before leaving. I get in go to drive its fine. But when I come to the first stop sign it dies out on me. doesnt sputter or anything. Yesterday I was taking my daughter to school braked to turn and it died out on me. It starts right back up and no more problems until the next morning. Same thing all over again.
 
might need more than just heet any fuel cleaner does remove water but might be trash and or water heet just remover water try another bottle one might not be enough sometimes
if it had water in it it woul d sputter so water wasnt in it which is what heet removes
might be a dirty fuel system which a fuel treament might clear up but it dotn just happen soon as you add it sometimes it takes a few tanks an da few bottles you did the right thing trying heet just might not have needed it have a auto zone parts store they can scan it might find aproblem many parts store wil help if you ask them that or any shop can check it but talk first about price to check
