my UDPP IS ALL DRIED UP... DEPOTING/NOT DEPOTING?

It's drying out, and I know you cut it open to get the rest. but I dont have anything to put it in yet. so Since it's all out will the rest of the product that's on the sides of the bottle dry out as well
(it's closed and tighten up)
