My Toyota 4runner wont start.... it turns over but No combustion at all???....?

I have replaced the distributor the ignition coil the Ignition mod the rioter cap the rioter button the spark plug and wires the mass air flow censer the battery fuel filter... IDK what to do??? Plz help...
