my tooth is really sharp?

the tip of my tooth is very sharp (pointy) its normal size but its the meat eater teeth you know the ones that are ment to be pointy but this one really hurts when it hits my lip can make it bleed sometimes.. what should i do its really annoying, it doesnt hurt as in tooth ache its not the tooth that hurts its my lips and inside my mouth that gets ripped up by it
