WTF is going on with this site? Yesterday and now today, nothing works! I can't sign up for caller tunes, (service is down) Paying bill is down, and that new service MobileLife isn't working either..

Wake up TMO, I left Sprint 7 months ago because of crappy service. So far this month it's not looking good for you guys. I lost MMS abilities for a week, and now for 2 days your website is not working..
 
i really don't like the new mytmobile.com either....i haven't really looked around that much...but i cannot look at all my lines like i used to...there used to be a drop down menu with all my phone numbers and i could just pull up each one...it still might be possible to do, but i got frustrated and just ended up logging out...lol...don't like new site...
 
~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~yeah I have been so use to how the old site use to look like since I've been with them 2001. But they have updated the site to try and make it more user friendly and with more ability to handle and control your account from your computer. Less hold times less time traveling to the store. Theyhave now set the site up to support prepaid flexpay and existing post paid customers. So there have been a couple of glitches and set backs but they are getting it all worked out.
