My tire looks canted inward on the driverside front of my 2004 Dodge Ram...

...2500HD SLT Hemi 5.7L? Wheel looks a little canted inward on my truck, some have told me that the HD models sit this way. When I drive it does not affect anything. I am curious if this is normal or if the ball joints could be going out or the bushings on the control arms are shot?
