Ok im gonna try to keep this short as possible.
Let me first say that i still get pimples here and there. I am no magical scientist but i have definitly controlled my acne over the years and managed to not live off grass and berries
In no particular order.
Washing
Diet
I know diet is a big thing here, and i do believe it effects the face, but im not nearly as picky as some of the people out there!
I'm absolutely sure of it that some dairy effects my skin. The main culprit? MILK. The only fluid my body takes in now is water. This is probably the most drastic change i'v done (i loved milk and hated water) but i believe its one of the most helpful.
I'd also like to point out that i dont eat alot of sugary fooRAB/sweets, but not in fear of breaking out, i just dont like them.
Supplements/Miscellaneous
I'm not saying you need to do this whole list, hell i might not even need it, but im happy with the way things are going so i try to follow it the best i can.
Overall try not to stress out about your acne, it will only make it worse.

- Wash face twice a day with a mild cleanser with hanRAB no face cloth. (acne.or* or cetaphil work great)
- Apply 2.5% Benzoyl peroxide
- Mosturize (Again i like the cetaphil cleanser)

- Limit dairy to as much as possible

- Milk Thistle
- Zinc
- Vitamin B5
- Keep your hanRAB off your face/Dont pop your pimples
