My Timing Belt on my 1991 honda civic lx?

okay so i had to dig around in the motor a little and needed to take the timing belt off, so i marked it on the belt and the wheel so i would know where it went when i was to put it back on, i did what i needed to and put the belt back on matching the lines up perfectly and puttin everything back how it was, now when i try to roll my car over it wont roll over and when i look at my timing belt the mark i put on the belt wont line up on the wheel, ive tried rolling it over a few times but cant get it to line up and dont want to furthur my problem, any help would be much appreciated
