my testicles hurt

Hi, I'm 18, and my left testicle is about twice or more bigger than my right one. Just in the last few days, my testicle (the small one) has started aching, and feeling uncomfortable. Should I be worried about this? Does anyone else have this same thing? In the morning the aching is almost not there, but as the day goes on, it gets worse. Will it go away?

hey im jaison and im 18 too, for the last month my left testicle has been hurting also, but did not increse in size at all. im going to the doctors soon so i will try to help you out if i can.
 
if it is litteraly twice as big, there is clearly a problem here. Dont fret though! Take the steps necessary to get this fixed, first and foremost go to a doctor. Being shy is not worth whatever may come of this condition in the future. dont be afraid to talk to your parents and doctor about this, as it may be a serious condition.
