My testicals hurts and somtime they change size help plis this is not a joke!?

Ok so my testicals change too big and small and small and big and like 3 years ago i had a surgery about it and it got better for like a year then it really hurts near the testicals THIS IS NOT A JOKE !!!!!10 point for whoever help me!!!
 
Yeah, you may be having some serious aftermath or something.

Go to a doctor asap.
