My teacher is failing me because I am sick?!?

I am a sophomore in French 1 and my teacher doesn't like me. These past 2 weeks I have missed a few of her classes due to illness. And on some days I would go to school but miss hers cause I would go to the nurse to lie down or get medicine. I tend to get sick a lot because I have diabetes and my blood sugar can become to low so I can't help it when I get sick. Well she gave me 7 0's for missing assignments due to me being sick. Today icame in to have her check them off and she tells me "why are you ditching my class" I tell her I'm not ditching, and explain to her my situation. She goes " your lying and I don't believe any of it, stop ditching and suck it up" you better start coming to class or your gonna fail in life. I am so angry cause I never ditched. I told my counselor and she's going to try and fix this. But I honestly don't understand my teacher, why is she always mad? I need some help
 
Maybe you could find a friend in that class that can bring you the assignments when you're sick and explain it to you. It will show that you are sick and still doing the work which might make her think you are more responsible.
That's what I have been doing for the last couple days because I have the chicken pox and didn't want to fall behind. My friend that was giving me my work said my teacher was very impressed!
