...because they wanted to have sex? My grade 9 teacher told our class the "true" history of guys wearing their pants low. He said that back then the men and jail would wear their pants really to show that they wanted to have sex with each other, or something like that. My teacher said this to us two years ago and I still wonder to this day if there is any truth in what he said?
