About a year and a half ago, I got a T-mobile sidekick w/o 3g. The phones is good overall but it was one huge flaw and since its happened multiple times now it's getting REALLY annoying. atleast 7 times I have opened my phone to find all the #s, notes, alarm settings and everything else deleted. I don't take the sim card out and the battery doesn't even have to die for it to happen. Is there a way I can fix this or is it possible to get a new nice phone for free from t-mobile because of this problem.
