I was on the computer and i wanted to check the time (the time on my computer is all screwy)
but, when i pressed the little button in the middle to unlock it, it wouldn't
One trime i had an app open and my phone froze, shut itself off and then turned on again in like five minutes. BUT this time it didn't, the screen is pitch black and it's been an HOUR!!!!
I tried charging it becacause the battery wasn't 100% (as far as i remember)
BUT that didn't help, sooo i tried different outlets in my house and it still didn't turn on!!!
Now i'm waiting...
WHAT SHOULD I DOO?!?!
i tried to pry the cover off the back but my fingernails are too small! ( is there anything else i can use)
I'M PANICKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my mom has the same phone and hers never does this!!
We bought the phones on DEC. 19th ( we were told we could return it in 14 days, no questions asked)
BUT my mom had to add a third line and a bunch of other stuff
