My HD2 has had freezing problems from the get-go. However, after installing the recent upgrade from t-mobile, it got a little better. I noticed a lot of forums suggested to use the Windows Home Screen instead of the HTC Sense pre-set one. Once I switched to that, everything was perfect; It never froze and worked great... Until one day. One day I tried sliding the lock open to read a txt and it was responding. I tried it again and I got nothing. I took out the battery and everything and I still got no response. I've tried un-installing and re-installing the update, hard resetting and soft resetting but I've still gotten nothing. The 5 actual buttons at the bottom of the phone work, but the touchscreen part of the phone doesn't. Therefore, the phone doesn't work. Can you please tell me how to fix it?
My T-Mobile HTC HD2 is non-responsive. Please. HELP!!!?
