...QOS1000'. What is this? I went on My-T-Mobile onto my account to find out that these 'TMO Network Coupon 2101 QOS1000' had been taking a lot of money off me.
In total they have taken £7.69 and the excuse was:
TMO Network Coupon 2101 QOS100048 £0.36
TMO Network Coupon 2101 QOS1000 £0.17
TMO Network Charge To Account Debit £3.49
TMO Network Charge To Account Debit £3.57
I have print screened the pages and I intend to inform them straight away, unless, I'm wrong and this is a customary check or something. I'm not sure; is there anyone out there that knows anything about this to help me? Please do so.
