My suggestion of sprint training?

I was wondering, i had an idea of sprint training in mind cus i cant decide whcih ones i shood do in yahoo answers, so i've decided to do all of them. now i need u guys to tell me if i can imrpove it anyway, make it stay the way it is, or decrease just some of the workouts. (I do all these per day) here goes:

-600 squats starting out, increasing it by 100 each week, raising the pounds by 5 each week on each hand doing 20 reps each, 30 second rest.
-20 sets of 20 reps hill runs up and down (the up will only count as 1 not up and down) for about 5 meters back and fourth, the hill is about an angle of 45 degrees or less. 20 second rest after each set
-100 rocket jumps
-10x 100meter sprints. 30 second rest after each sprint

Upper body training:
-200 pushups,
-100 scissor work outs
-200 weight lifting on each hand increasing it by 5 pounds each week.

Additional info: im 14, i weigh 95 pounds, I had experiences with training from all these, just not all together, i did them separated. Let me know if i can imrpove it , becuase i really want to beat usain bolt, its my dream, thats why i train for sprinting, and i told many of my friends i'd be in the olympics so i dont wanna disapoint them, and for the upper body, the reason for that is becuase i want to protect my friends (long story) basicaly fight happend, almost lost, wanted to be prepared for next time if there is gonna be 1 again, for self defence.
Also my best time for 80 meters was 9.4 seconds, so i calculated it to be 11.75 for 100 meters.
