Ive been running up and down the stairs as a form of exercise for like 6 months. They are WAAYY creakier now than before, and im worried that ive done damage to them, or they might collapse??!!
Ive taken a look and they seemed structurally good, but they are creakeir now when I walk on them. I really dont want to quit exercising on them, they are pretty old stairs too.
