my sprint samsung phone dose not let me download free ringers its a (rant)?

ok i just got a rant phone for christmas. i have gone to free ringtone
sites such as(funformobile.com)(Myxer.com)and(phonezoo.com)
every time its about to download it says (""DOWNLOAD FAILED... the issue has been reported. please try later 950 server error) i have done this 1,000,000,000 of times if u know wut to do please post
 
My brother got the rant, and you can... you have to update a software called, firmware
