...Please help.? Well I personally think that the build quality of this phone is very poor. My new phone kept acting up so Sprint gave me the Treo Pro (Refurbished) as a replacement. I really didn't want it after my experience with my last with my last Windows Mobile phone. Within 3 weeks or so, this phone kept freezing, slowing down, and doing stupid things, like my other phone. So I decided to still hold on to it even though its a major pain in the ass. A week after that, the touchscreen quit for no apparent reason. Thank god I still had buttons on the phone so I synced all my contacts, text messages and photos. Even after all of this, I still wanted to hold onto it. Let me jump ahead. 5 days ago, I left my phone at home on the charger so I can go to school. After 7 crappy hours, I come home to my phone only to notice that lines were all over the screen. So I took the battery out hoping that it was nothing, I put it back in and the screen was just white. I heard the startup jingle, realizing it was my screen that was fucked up. That's when I decided to also make a call to see if the call features still work. Surprisingly, it worked. I called it and it rang. So can you guys tell me what to do about this issues?
My Sprint Palm Treo Pro is on a white screen but you can hear everything going on....
