My Sound is weird it is so quiet... and like blurry or non high quality...

Can u help me? ? My sound is all eww like the background music is broken... When i play Soldier front or Maplestory Lol the sound just sucks this started happening after my sound line that was connected to the hard drive, it unplugged and all this happened can u help me? Plz dun list things where i have to pay. lol Tyvm meh i messed up the other one...
Lol i gotta add this I'm in gr5... O.o so dun expect me to go to the store... and i have no money... PLZ dun list something i have to pay and what is Sound card Roflmao
 
get a better sound card for your computer. good decent ones cost from 100 - 200 dollars. i had the same problem but once i got myself a better sound card it made a difference and made the sound alive.
