I was listening to my Sony Walkman and it froze. First it was stuck at "every moment has it's music" for about 2 minutes. Then it switched to "creating library" for another 3 minutes. After it started working, I found that it erased all my playlists, and had lost alot of the information on the songs (artist, album...)
I tried to re-sync my playlists, every time I try, it says "No play lists available, please connect to compliant software..." Now it will not let me sync any playlists or update any of the songs' info. What do I need to do?
