My phone was working fine before - I phoned my dad when I was on the train to let him know I'd be home. But now, the top buttons of the keyboard are lit red, and the numbers are lit a pale blue. I can't get it to switch on. I've taken the battery out, and it barely buzzes before the lights go back on the keypad and the rest remains dark. I've tried calling from another phone - long pause, not even any ringing, and then my voicemail.
It's almost fully charged, as I charged it earlier today. It's only six months old, and I'm freaking out. What's going on with it? I'll go to the shop tomorrow, but I don't want to be ripped off or have them tell me it's unsalvageable - especially if it's not. There should be nothing wrong with it!
