my phone keeps randomly turning itself off. i could be texting someone and it will suddenly go off. it does it when i am doing anything on my phone. it is insanely annoying. it turns itself off but then comes back on by itself. it has done this pretty much since i brought it, i think i brought it at the end of last year. i didnt do anything about it then because i thought it would go away. but it hasnt and it is so annoying that i want to smash it. and sometimes it freezes and then i have to take the battery out because it wont do anything. what is wrong with it?
