hi i sold my old phone on craigslist its a w580i and it has never had any problems whith me , i had it for a year and not once has anything happened to it or has it frozen. Anyways i sell it and the next day the guy comes to my house and sais " i wount turn on i plugged it in and it hasent worked saince you sold it to me" so i told him to let me have a look at it for a couple of days.
The phone will just BEEP and vibrate sometimes but the screen is black, sometimes it turns on for some minutes and but not fully it will just display a picture of a wallpaper kind of but thats it no buttons or settings or words just a wallpaper picture if you try to clik something it just BEEPS. I tried charchig it but it dosent help idk if its even charching, the computer wont recocnice it when i plug it in ether. i need help please if this has happened to you before please tell me.
i also need to know of a way to know the following things:
how to know it is in fact my phone
how to know if its the original battery
how to know if it has water damage
