on the 8th of november i turned my phone off and put it in my bag for an exam and when i came out and turned it back on it crashed for 5 mins and when it started working again it was whiped its memory card fully and all the files on my phone cant be viewed while on the pic like they used to be able to does anyone know how i can fix it or stop it from happening again?
