My Sony Ericsson C510 can't take pictures?

it just loads the splash screen (Cyber-shot ) and returns to the Standby menu. Video call camera, Flash and Accelerometer don't work either ( I can't access the Accelerometer on service test menu)

And where is Accelerometer locate on system board
