I recieved a text from Orange saying we have updates for your phone, delete this message turn off and on your phone. So I did. But now I cant send texts 
I can recieve them fine but when I try sending one it instantly comes up with 'Sending failed. Retry?' and I just cant responde to anyone Is it my phone, sim, or Orange? Please help. What should I do
