While recording, the picture is clear then for around 2 seconds goes blury, then comes good again, then blury then good... Is it because i dont have a HD memory card in it?

i had a cheaper pentax that filmed clear in any light. I was filming on the veranda outside, which is quite bright.
Memory card has nothing to do with it? When i purchased it, i was told to use a high quality memory card for HD movie recording. But i only use a standard one
